1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PixelForge (accessible at pixelforge.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this web application.

2. Client-Side Service Architecture

PixelForge operates as a client-side web application. All image processing, manipulation, conversion, compression, and rendering occur locally within your browser using HTML5 Canvas, WebAssembly, and local JavaScript execution.

  • Your uploaded files and images are never transmitted to, stored on, or processed by PixelForge web servers.
  • You are solely responsible for keeping local backups of any original image files before processing.
  • Processing speed and performance depend directly on your hardware and browser capabilities.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Content Ownership

You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all images, graphics, and content that you upload, edit, or export using PixelForge. PixelForge claims zero ownership, license, or rights over your files.

The software, branding, code base, design elements, and logos of PixelForge remain the intellectual property of PixelForge.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using PixelForge, you agree not to:

  • Use the tool to process content that violates local or international laws, including copyright or trademark laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the web application for malicious purposes.
  • Use automated bots or scripts to flood or abuse site endpoints in a manner that disrupts service availability.

5. Advertisements & Third-Party Vendors

PixelForge may display third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense and its advertising partners. These third-party vendors may use cookies (such as the Google DART cookie) to serve non-intrusive ads based on your visit to this and other websites on the internet.

For more details on how advertising data is handled, please consult our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

PixelForge is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all image file variations or browser configurations.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PixelForge, its operators, or developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, unsaved image work, or browser session crashes) resulting from the use of or inability to use this web service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of PixelForge after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
